Developing an EIT Food Sub Brand
The EIT Food logo is a core element of our branding strategy. Therefore, EIT Food has developed strict logo guidelines, outlined in the following chapter.
How to develop EIT Food project logos
You are allowed to create an EIT Food logo for your EIT Food-funded project on the condition that you respect the logo format and request approval from EIT Food Communication, briefly outlining how you will build the brand and possibly with a draft of this would turn out. This can include methods of content creation, promotion on company-owned channels and events, etc.
Please note that no new logos should be created in 2024 as we review the existing brand strategy
How to use EIT Food project logos
As mentioned before, the EIT Food logo and, thus, EIT Food project logos, must be accompanied by the EU flag and sentence acknowledging support from EU. When creating a project logo, please make sure to follow the application shown below. Note that the font for the logo is Microgamma D Medium, while the quote "Co-funded by the European Union" must use the Calibri typography.
