The DRAF project focuses on integrating deep tech into the agrifood sector through digital twin ecosystems.

The primary aim of this educational activity is to explore the transformative potential of deep tech innovations in the agrifood sector, with a special focus on the digital twin ecosystem and its role in revolutionizing the way food systems are designed, monitored, and optimized.

Structured as a series of workshops taking place across four strategically selected RIS countries, the initiative seeks to foster a dynamic exchange of ideas and practical insights among local professionals, early-stage entrepreneurs, researchers, and students. Participants will gain exposure to emerging technologies, real-world case studies, and collaborative tools that can drive smarter, more sustainable, and resilient agrifood solutions.

By bridging scientific research with entrepreneurial vision, the program aims to build regional capacity, stimulate innovation-driven growth, and contribute to the development of a future-proof agrifood ecosystem in Europe.
