AMPLE Velika Plana is a community initiative led by Volja za Životom (Will for Life), a Serbian non-profit association dedicated to the social and economic inclusion of persons with disabilities. Founded in 2003 and based in Velika Plana, the organization provides vocational training, supported housing, and employment through its social enterprise focused on fruit and vegetable processing.

This project unites a dynamic consortium of partners:

Ajvar Radić, a local agricultural household with expertise in traditional food processing, leads apprenticeship workshops and pilot product development.

Slow Food Velika Plana, a youth-led food culture organization, spearheads community engagement, storytelling, and outreach.

Superior Seeds, a regional agribusiness company, delivers business training and facilitates market linkages with tomato producers.

CapNutra, a non-profit association of experts in food science and nutrition, provides training and develops nutritional labeling for new products.

Together, the partners aim to empower vulnerable groups, especially persons with disabilities, women, and older adults, through inclusive training, product innovation, and access to market. AMPLE Velika Plana will contribute to vibrant urban food economy, strengthening sustainable, circular, and socially inclusive food systems.
