The project supports vulnerable groups, particularly war veterans and internally displaced persons (IDPs), who are struggling to adapt to life changes caused by the war. It aims to equip these individuals with practical skills and knowledge to establish sustainable craft food businesses, promoting inclusion, economic independence, and social integration. The project also encourages innovation and the growth of environmentally conscious businesses by promoting sustainable practices, such as reducing food waste.

Lutsk National Technical University (LNTU) is a leading institution in Ukraine, renowned for its focus on technical education, research, and innovation. LNTU supports local business development through initiatives like the Volyn Business Hub, which provides mentorship, resources, and guidance to entrepreneurs. The university also fosters startups and small enterprises through educational programmes, workshops, and competitions to nurture innovative business ideas.

Cookery School by Vlad Finkevych is a culinary centre offering comprehensive education in the preparation of high-quality, handmade foods that reflect both regional culinary traditions and contemporary food trends.

Babusyni Lakitky is a craft food enterprise that focuses on traditional recipes and time-honoured production techniques, ensuring high-quality standards and meticulous quality control throughout the process.
