The Oater Barista is an innovative machine that enables on-premise, sustainable oat milk production. By decentralizing the production process, our machine eliminates unnecessary packaging waste, reduces carbon emissions, and enhances the freshness and nutritional value of plant-based beverages.

This solution is powered by the Oater Barista's modular components and real-time quality monitoring capabilities, ensuring consistent product quality while allowing customers to personalize their beverage experience. The machine's flexible design also supports future expansions, including protein-based drinks.

The project is a collaboration between The Oater, Wageningen University, and Verhaert.
