Are you preparing to launch a new product or solution to the market this year? Want to understand how consumers truly perceive it?

The Consumer Insights Programme helps innovators refine their product and communication by testing it with real people. Selected organisations will receive tailored support, workshops, and consumer testing led by the Consumer Observatory.

Attention: This edition will focus specifically on the theme of “Transparency in the Food System.”
We will explore how consumers perceive transparency and your product or service will be tested and improved with this expectation at the forefront.

Who Can Apply?

We welcome innovative organisations that meet the following criteria:

  • Your entity is registered in the EU or Horizon Europe Associated Countries

  • You just launched OR are in the final stages of developing a new product or solution OR your product is expected to launch within the next 6-12 months.

  • Your product can be applied to the agrifood industry, with a specific focus on transparency and contributing to EIT Missions (EIT Food Missions)

  • You are willing to share relevant product development and market strategy information with the Consumer Insights Programme team.

  3. 2 Months

    Programme Activities

    You will participate in expert-led workshops, receive tailored consumer insights, and test your concept with real consumers to strengthen your product and communication strategy.

  4. Final Step

    Insight Summary

    After the programme ends, you’ll share a short report showing how you’ll apply the insights such as refining your messaging, changing a product feature, or adjusting your go-to-market plan.

The application form is simple and takes just a few minutes.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and the application window will remain open until we reach the target number of participants, with a maximum deadline of June 16th.

We encourage interested startups to apply as early as possible, as the selection process is ongoing and the application stage will close once capacity is reached.
