Altogether, 9 applications were received from Bulgaria, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia and Slovenia.
The applications were evaluated by experts from CLC North-East, CLC South and University of Warsaw. The local universities will work together with food and packaging companies as subcontractors of EIT Food, liaising with University of Warsaw as the project leader to follow-up consumer co-creation processes in their respective countries that culminate in the development of innovative food packaging solutions proposed by consumers.
The selected consortia are led by:

- Bulgaria - University of Food Technologies - Plovdiv
- Lithuania - Kaunas University of Technology - Food Institute
