1) What is your idea?

"We have developed a set of technologies to turn fruit seeds from apricot, plum and cherry into food ingredients. These raw materials are side streams of the fruit processing industry in Europe and offer great potential as the seeds have a great taste, nutritional value with a lot of protein and healthy oil while having a very small footprint."

2) Where can we find your products?

"We offer our ingredients to B2B customers all over Europe. They are placing dairy alternatives, snacks and confectionary products based on our seeds, on the market. Our customer Privatmolkerei Bauer, for instance, have 7 dairy alternative products made with our ingredients in thousands of retail stores in Germany!"

3) How has EIT Food helped you on your journey?

"EIT Food has provided a great network to find new investors and other partners. Especially the venture summit which was very helpful!"
