1. What is your idea?
“We have developed a patent-filed modular platform that replicates sugar 1:1 in taste, volume, and functionality across any food matrix. Unlike conventional sweeteners, their system delivers the full sensory and techno-functional profile of sucrose, without aftertaste, common laxative effects, or health trade-offs. It is entirely plant-based, high in fiber, diabetic-friendly, and contains no sugar and no synthetic sweeteners. The platform is fully scalable and suitable for industrial production and uniquely replicates not only sweet taste but also sugar's sweetness curve triggering a similar dopamine response for true satisfaction without compromise.”
2. Where can we find your products?
“Our focus is exclusively B2B, enabling a broader and faster impact on consumers by working directly with manufacturers. At the moment we collaborate with selected food producers across Europe and Asia who share our values around health, sustainability, and innovation. Whether it's developing fully sugar-free products for health-conscious consumers or reducing sugar content to avoid taxation and improve nutritional profiles, we support our partners in integrating our 1:1 modular sugar alternative with precision and application-specific support.
In parallel, we are preparing pilot projects that recycle by-products from the food industry, integrating them into our platform to reduce waste and foster the circular economy. Long-term, our tailored plugin portfolio will span a wide range of applications, including chocolate, sauces, jams, bakery, candy, ice cream, and even pharmaceutical products.

“EIT Food has been instrumental in accelerating our journey. Through the EIT Food Seedbed Incubator network, we gained access to industry mentors, regulatory experts, and a Europe-wide network of food manufacturers. We connected with relevant stakeholders, other startups and innovators, sharpened our positioning, and built strategic partnerships over in person meetings.”
