1) What is your idea?

"Koralo is the first company worldwide using its patented co-fermentation technology of micro algae and mycelium to create whole-cut seafood. Mimicking oceans Koralo creates New F!sh with all the nutrition we want out of the ocean while also helping us and the ocean to thrive. Produced in both Europe and Asia, Koralo is making culinary waves in the new seafood market - taste it yourself!"

2) Where can we find your products?

"You can find Koralo’s New F!sh in Korean restaurants as of July 2025, we hope to expand to the US and Europe soon so stay tuned!"
