The problem of plastic waste is a global issue that affects both the environment and human health. Plastic is widely used in a variety of products due to its versatility and efficiency, but when it reaches the end of its life it cannot be easily degraded. As a result, plastic ends up in oceans, landfills and the environment, causing pollution and harm to wildlife.
