The #EatingTheGap event series brings together stakeholders and Influencers from all parts of the food chain in Europe. This includes chefs, innovators, and social media Influencers.

The events aim to address gaps in the current food system, in order to make it more sustainable, and to further engage consumers in the topics of food technology, sustainability and healthy diets.

Thanks to the spread of expertise and nationalities, the Influencers be empowered to hold a role of ‘educators’ to can pass on science-based messages to diverse audiences that might not be reached through the traditional ways of communication.
