Farmer Engagement Mobilisation & Communications for a UK Regenerative Agriculture Landscape Finance Model
EIT Food is requesting an implementing participant to lead farmer engagement, mobilisation and communications activities in support of a pre defined regenerative agriculture landscape finance model replication pilot underway in the United Kingdom.
This call forms part of a broader initiative co developed with WBCSD OP2B, building on an existing landscape initiative in the East of England aimed at transitioning agricultural systems towards regenerative practices through a blended finance model. A technical implementation and replicability assessment is being conducted in parallel under a separate call.
The selected participant will be responsible for designing and delivering a farmer engagement and outreach approach to mobilise a cohort of farmers to provide structured feedback on the financing model. This includes assessing key components of the model, identifying factors and conditions influencing uptake, and generating insights to inform refinement of the financing package and implementation design.
Activities will include targeted outreach, development of engagement materials, and delivery of consultations such as workshops, webinars, roundtables and related formats. A minimum of four engagement sessions is required, with a mix of virtual and in person formats appropriate to the regional context.
The participant will coordinate closely with the Technical Implementer selected under Call 1 to ensure that farmer feedback is systematically captured and integrated into technical, financial and governance outputs, including implementation readiness and replication learning.
Deliverables include a Farmer Engagement, Outreach, Communication and Dissemination Plan, an inception package with stakeholder mapping and materials, evidence of engagement activities and participation, and a final report consolidating structured farmer feedback, financing model insights, and recommendations for refinement and future uptake.
The project duration is June 2026 to June 2027, with a maximum funding of EUR 45,000 provided as a lump sum, subject to delivery of outputs.
This call contributes to the development of replication ready outputs that support scaling of regenerative agriculture landscape finance models across Europe, aligned with EIT Food objectives and dissemination requirements.
To apply, the applicant must read the guidelines and write a budget within the project duration described in the guidelines .
