The EIT Food Startup Awareness event in Serbia will gather all of the main players in the Serbian agrifood ecosystem during the two days of startup workshops, lectures and panel discussions that will take place on December 13 and 14 in Belgrade.
The first day (December 13) is dedicated to a whole-day workshop with local AgTech startups, where they’ll get the opportunity to accelerate their business ideas through practical work with mentors, along with theoretical and inspirational lectures from successful entrepreneurs and industry experts.
At the workshop (December 14), teams will work on key business methodologies and tools that will help them in further development: Lean methodology, customer development basics as well as techniques for validating the idea through talking to customers and setting up experiments.
The second day is reserved for the first EIT Food conference in Serbia that will gather all the important players from the agrifood ecosystem, including startups, academia, policymakers, researchers, investors, large and small agricultural producers, etc. The idea of the conference is to give a wide and deep look into the agrifood scene in Serbia and innovations happening in this field.
