NGO Green Home is organizing a Training for entrepreneurial talents and/or early-stage agrifood startups, that will be held in M-tel Digitalna fabrika, on Thursday, 23.11.2023, starting at 9:30 AM.
The main goal of the training and networking event that will be organized is to introduce EIT Food programs and activities to the local agrifood and innovation ecosystem and scout for potential participants of EIT Food entrepreneurship programs. Events will also aim to bring together the members of the local agrifood ecosystem and initiate the discussion about the current state and challenges of the ecosystem in relation to innovation and entrepreneurship.
The main goal of the training for entrepreneurial talents and/or agrifood startups, as well as networking of agrifood innovative ecosystem, with a focus on entrepreneurship and communication skills.
Training Agenda is focused on Entrepreneurial and Communication skills:
- Recognize, develop, and act on entrepreneurial opportunities in various organizational settings. Manage interpersonal communication, and translate complex ideas for diverse audiences.
- Practical group work will be supported by mentors, under the preferences of the participants (business modeling, sales, marketing, and customer discovery).
The target audience are students and those contemplating or beginning entrepreneurship in the field of agriculture.

The networking event will be related to networking of members of the local agrifood and innovation ecosystem (startups, investors, food companies, universities and research centers, ministries, innovation agencies, agricultural sector companies, clusters, farmer associations, etc.).
Events will serve as a platform for discussing current challenges in the local food system and presenting EIT Food activities to the invited audience.
