As the world looks towards a more sustainable and resilient agrifood system future, the presentation of the Journalism Awards at CIBUS 2024 serve as a tool to give voice to storytelling in driving significant change within the food ecosystem.

On the 8th of May, at CIBUS event, Future Food Institute, the organisation that supports EIT Food in the development of the project in Italy, together with UNARGA, presented the Journalism Awards.

"In an era marked by unprecedented challenges for our planet and our societies, it is key to recognise the crucial role of journalistic works that, with integrity and vision, contribute not only to spreading awareness but to inspiring concrete actions towards a more sustainable future."

- Virginia Cepollina, Strategy and Operation Manager at Future Food Institute

The main objective of the Journalism Awards is to disseminate good habits and healthy initiatives to society, generate collaborative relationships with the media and value the objectives for which EIT Food was created.
