How can we make sustainable and healthy food accessible for everyone?
- On the one hand, healthy and sustainable food is available, but usually more expensive. How can we provide sustainable, honest and healthy food and make sure it’s accessible and affordable for everyone? What are the different elements and business models that contribute to this?
- On the other hand, sustainable agricultural practices ask a lot from people producing food. Difficulties of finding the right market, getting the right price… are not new to farmers. How do we change this? Through new and unusual partnerships, innovative sustainable farming tools, more transparency,…?
