EIT Food NUTRIMILK project: Essential minerals in milk hybrid event

This event will provide insight into the results of the EIT Food project “NUTRIMILK", hosted by the University of Reading.

Fri, March 29, 2024
School of Agriculture, Policy and Development, University of Reading, Earley Gate, Whiteknights Road, Reading, RG6 7BE

About the hybrid event

The event will provide an insight into the results of the project “NUTRIMILK: Connecting milk seasonality and nutritional requirements to inform farm-to-fork innovations for optimum nutrient supply”, a study that investigates the seasonal variation in macromineral and trace element concentrations of milk from conventional and organic dairy systems, and assess the impact on mineral intakes of the different demographics across the year.

The event is a great opportunity to meet the project consortium and ask questions about the outcomes of the project so far. If you cannot join the event in person, it will be live-streamed so that you can join online.

This event is delivered by the Institute for Food, Nutrition and Health, which brings together the University of Reading’s world-leading expertise in food, nutrition, agriculture, health and the environment to understand how improvements in food production, processing and nutrition can help deliver better diets and health.
