The science festival Przemiany is an open innovation platform that brings together startups, consumers, restaurants chefs, trend observers and culinary marketers.
The issues that are addressed are clean meat, plant-based alternatives to animal protein, protein-rich algae or insects, controversies surrounding contemporary farming systems, zero waste cooking and circular economy, urban farming, 3D-printed food, GMOs, monocultures and biodiversity, various diets, especially in terms of: nutrigenomics, microbiome analysis, medical self-tracking practices and allergies.
