Food production accounts for 26% of global greenhouse gas emissions, while agriculture uses up half of the world’s habitable land. 

As we witness global shifts in consumer preferences towards healthier, more sustainable food options, there's an increasing demand for innovative solutions that address challenges in food production, distribution, and consumption.
