Our "e-Breakfast with..." offer the ideal space to listen, think and discuss with other partners. During the time of a breakfast partners will have the chance to discover what other partners do, raise their questions and share insights about the work they are doing. Therefore, we will be able to better understand the EIT Food world and share the change we are fostering in agrifood.
This webinar will last no more than 1 hour and two EIT Food partners and one RFS will explain in a PechaKucha format, their mission, their role in EIT Food and their areas of interest. Do you know this creative, visual format? 20 slides x 20 seconds. In other words, they will have 400 seconds to tell their story, with visuals guiding the way. Presenting partners will be:
- Cyprus University of Technology (CUT): this university runs a complete programme in the agrifood field and has advanced laboratory facilities, experimental farms, a dairy pilot unit and it collaborates with the local industry (farmers, dairy industry, wineries, meat processors, cured meat industry, olive mills) running innovation and entrepreneurship projects.
- Inalca: the Italian leader in the meat industry and one of the major European players in the beef sector, in the production of burgers and canned meat.
- Whole Surplus: digital waste management platform that provides holistic solutions to manage food surpluses.
