EIT Food together with the Basque Food Cluster organises a working breakfast focused on the promotion of the circular economy applied to the productive processes within food companies.
Objectives:
- Encourage dialogue on the circular economy between companies and organizations that are part of the entire value chain of the Basque food sector.
- Promote successful case studies in order to promote initiatives related to the circular economy.
- Highlight the importance of sharing, leasing, reusing, repairing, and recycling, in order to retain the highest utility and value of products, components and materials for a longer period.
