Caviro is the largest wine cooperative in Italy, one of the first groups in Europe to have implemented a circular economy with almost total recovery of the supply chain waste. With over 36,500 hectares of vineyards, 31 members of which 29 wine cellars, 12,800 wine-growers located in 7 Italian regions and an annual production of 728,000 tons of grapes (10% of the Italian grape), CAVIRO is the leading agricultural cooperative in Italy in the wine sector.
