1) What is your idea?

“At Neggst we develop plant-based egg alternatives that replicate the look, taste, and versatility of traditional eggs. Made entirely from plant ingredients, our product delivers the same culinary performance as real egg products like a Sunny Side Up, Poached Egg or Scrambled Egg. It provides consumers with a high-quality, sustainable alternative that maintains the essence of egg consumption without the environmental or ethical drawbacks.”

2) Where can we find your products?

“Currently our products can be found at various restaurants and cafés in Germany - if you are traveling in Germany's largest cities like Berlin, Hamburg or Munich you can find us for example at Vincent V or Siggis. Stop by and enjoy a plant-based breggfast burger!”

3) How has EIT Food helped you on your journey?

“Being part of EIT Food's Rising Food Stars has put us in touch with amazing contacts. We were able to connect with leaders from the European Food System in London and Rome. Additionally, we are preparing our expansion to the US with EIT Food. But these are just a small part of everything EIT Food has to offer!”
