1) What is your idea?

“Our idea is to develop a new food production system for customized food items. The system consists of a movable extrusion system which can combine 2 or more materials in a complex new structure. We use this system for plant-based meat/seafood alternatives as a first showcase, which leads to realistic new behaviour (e.g. flakiness). In the future, we want to increasingly offer our technology B2B for applications such as mass customization of food items and creative new food structures that can excite consumers and inspire food producers with new possibilities”.

2) Where can we find your products?

“Our first products like the Revo Salmon, the Filet or the brand-new Kraken, are being sold in supermarkets in multiple European countries, such as Austria, Sweden, Slovakia, Italy and Portugal. They’re also available in our online shop".

3) How has EIT Food helped you on your journey?

“EIT Food has done a great job at building a community of like-minded entrepreneurs in the food sector, with great programs and events. Especially the networking effect is something that Revo Foods could benefit from a lot”.
