Using a mild, chemical-free process, Sunflopro valorizes the full sunflower seed into protein ingredients, reducing energy and water use while preserving protein quality and taste. 

The result? A nutritious, affordable protein powder that can emulsify oil like you haven’t seen before! With this we support our customers to create even more indulgent plant-based and hybrid dairy products.

By 2031, we aim to upcycle 550 tons of sunflower material, save 2,000 m³ of water, and cut energy use by 20% compared to soy protein production. This project strengthens Europe’s leadership in sustainable ingredient manufacturing and brings us closer to a zero-waste, circular future.
