Inspectle Food

Inspectle Food allows quick and effective resolution of non-conformities in food hygiene and simplifies the process of carrying out food safety and hygiene inspections. By giving food producers a preventative tool against food waste, Inspectle helps identify and solve non-conformities in food production that, if unaddressed, can lead to production stops or the need for product recalls.

Inspectle Food’s aim is to accelerate the European market penetration and adoption of inspection modules. The prevalent practice among food producers is to manually record safety inspections, a process essential to ensuring the production of safe food. This manual method, often entailing handwritten notes and Excel-based reporting, is susceptible to human error, posing a significant risk to food safety. To safeguard the integrity of food quality, producers have adopted stringent food safety standards, such the GFSI standards. These standards, while comprehensive and complex, require mandatory hygiene inspection procedures with complicated scoring systems. The current methodology for GFSI food safety hygiene inspections remains manually intensive and laborious, especially for larger production facilities. Recognizing this gap, Inspectle Food has developed specialized software tailored to hygiene inspections that complies with various quality standards.

Through the Fast Track to Market programme, Inspectle Food will generate such an GFSI compliant product module, launch and market the innovation to the general market.
