HarvestAi’s Fast Track to Market project aims to enhance greenhouse farming efficiency by leveraging artificial intelligence to predict crop yields for tomatoes and peppers. By providing accurate forecasts of harvest times and quantities, their solution enables better planning and resource management. Collaborating with leading technology providers and greenhouse operators, the project focuses on integrating AI-driven predictions into existing greenhouse systems and testing them in real-world conditions. The technology is being developed with a strong emphasis on the needs of farmers, ensuring its practical relevance and usability in large-scale food production.

To drive market adoption, the project will emphasise strategic marketing and sales efforts, both externally and internally. Partnerships with industry specialists will help establish key connections with decision-makers in greenhouse operations, securing early interest and adoption. Additionally, dedicated marketing and account management personnel will define and implement strategies to build long-term relationships with major greenhouse operators. The project will also prioritise seamless integration of HarvestAi’s prediction tool into existing greenhouse management software, working closely with industry partners to ensure a smooth transition. Pilot projects with early adopters will showcase the solution’s practical benefits and explore expansion into new crops, such as peppers.
