Press Briefing: Protein Diversification. Food System Pavilion at COP28

The Think Tank Policy Brief, 'Accelerating Protein Diversification for Europe,' will be globally launched during the Protein Diversification Press Briefing event at the Food Systems Pavilion on December 10th at 14:00.

This gathering will bring together entrepreneurs and experts who will share the latest research, insights and innovations in protein diversification.


Future of Food conference

The Future of Food Conference is EIT Food’s annual flagship event, providing a high-level platform to discuss future trends and priorities in European food innovation, in the broader context of the UN Sustainable Development Goals and the EU Farm to Fork Strategy.
During the Accelerating Protein Diversification for Europe breakout session, the Think Tank Policy Recommendation Paper will be officially launched. This policy brief on “Accelerating Protein Diversification for Europe” sets out a comprehensive set of recommendations, advocating for a systems thinking approach and acknowledging the importance of engaging with the entire food system.
