RfP - EIT Food's Community Platform - Deadline extended

EIT Food is seeking a qualified provider to continue and enhance FoodHIVE, its online community platform designed to connect, engage and support its innovation ecosystem across Europe.

Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), EIT Food provides information to enable tenderers to clearly understand the objectives, scope, and requirements of the community platform and to submit a suitable proposal.

Proposals should be precise, complete, and clearly structured, allowing EIT Food to assess the tenderer’s proposed solution, technical and functional capabilities, approach to delivery and customer support.

Interested parties are invited to submit a proposal covering the scope and requirements as defined in this RFP. The selected provider will enter into a contract with EIT Food for an initial term of one year, with the possibility of yearly extensions up to three times.

Submission deadline: 26 January 2026, 23.59 CET

Platform demos with shortlisted providers may take place in the weeks of 19 and 26 January 2026.
