Request for Proposals: ReGrow.UA 2025 – Supporting Agrifood Innovation and Resilience in Ukraine

Ukraine
Deadline: 30 May 2025
Closed

EIT Food CLC North-East is pleased to announce an open Request for Proposals (RFP) as part of the ReGrow.UA 2025 Activity, supporting innovative, resilient, and high-impact initiatives to strengthen Ukraine’s agrifood sector.

This call is directed at Ukrainian organisations and consortia ready to deliver initiatives that foster entrepreneurship, enhance food system resilience, and respond to the ongoing challenges caused by the full-scale war. Funded projects should empower agrifood startups and scale-ups, promote sustainable practices, improve market access, and provide concrete responses to war-related disruptions.

Eligible proposals should address one or more of the following thematic areas:

  • Training and skill development for agrifood entrepreneurs
  • Market access and value chain integration
  • Social entrepreneurship and community-led food initiatives
  • Solutions tackling the consequences of war (e.g., demining, infrastructure restoration, logistics resilience)

Activities must take place within Ukraine and conclude by December 2025. Selected proposal will receive up to €40,000 gross in funding.

We encourage applications from Ukrainian legal entities and consortia with a proven track record in entrepreneurship, innovation, and agrifood ecosystem support.

🗓️ Application deadline: 30 May 2025, 13:00 CES

Download the full Request for Proposal and Application Form from the attachments section. Submit your completed application (in English, in both Word and PDF formats) to vira.voievodina@eitfood.eu.
