Request for Proposals: Microlearning platform & Course conversion
EIT Food, Europe’s leading food innovation initiative, is launching a Request for Proposals for procurement of an existing innovative microlearning platform and to transform its “Intro to Food Systems” course into a modular, challenge-based microlearning format. The platform must leverage AI for personalized learning journeys, support interoperability with existing systems, and comply with EU microcredentialing standards and EIT Label accreditation. This initiative aims to enhance flexibility, scalability, and learner engagement while ensuring robust instructional design and digital credentialing.
The project includes presenting an existing platform that is scalable, cloud-based, and optimized for mobile and desktop, as well as integrating adaptive learning pathways and converting course content into interactive microlearning units with assessments and experiential components. Proposals should also outline a financial sustainability strategy, including a revenue-sharing model and a roadmap for future scalability. With a budget of up to €55,000 and a three-month timeline (December 2025–February 2026), this project represents a strategic step toward pioneering innovative education solutions for food system transformation.
