Finland Resilient Agriculture Landscape

The EIT Food initiative is issuing an open call for proposals to establish the Finland Resilient Agriculture Landscape project, aimed at supporting regenerative agriculture transitions in Southern Finland from 2027 to 2029.
EIT Food North & East
Finland
Deadline: 08 October 2026

This call has the objective of recruiting participants to deliver the Finland Resilient Agriculture Landscape as part of the EIT Food landscape portfolio.

The Finland Resilient Agriculture Landscape is focused on enhancing southern Finland’s agroecosystems through soil function preservation and restoration to increase farm resilience, improve regional water quality, reduce flood risk and strengthen habitats vital for the Baltic Sea. The Landscape will bring supply chain resilience by transitioning land to regenerative agriculture over 3 agricultural years from 2027-29, setting a foundation for continued progress in the region beyond the initial 3 years.

Applications should be from a consortium addressing all WPs, and an individual organisation can deliver multiple WPs if they demonstrate appropriate capability:

  1. Project management
  2. Training and advisory services
  3. Connecting hub
  4. Transition de-risking mechanism
  5. Soil carbon removal MRV
