EIT Food is launching a call for proposals from qualified marketing agencies to design a comprehensive marketing strategy and 12-month communication plan for the EIT Label Accreditation, the only accreditation standard dedicated to agrifood training in Europe. The selected agency will help position the EIT Label as a leading quality mark for non-formal and informal learning, support recruitment of training providers, build broader market awareness, and deliver a coordinated set of marketing assets, messaging, and workflows aligned with EIT Food’s brand and strategic objectives. The work will span strategic development, campaign planning, partner and internal communication alignment, and go-to-market readiness, with all deliverables to be completed by 31 January 2026 within a maximum budget of €40,000.

The call is open to agencies based in EU Member States and Horizon Europe Associated Countries. Applications open on 18 November 2025 and must be submitted by 25 November 2025 at 17:00 CET. Proposals (max. 5 pages, excluding annexes) should outline methodology, experience, team structure, and a detailed phase-based financial breakdown. Evaluation will take place on 26 November 2025, with contracting expected in the first week of December. All submissions should be sent in PDF to barbara.mason@eitfood.eu.
