Call for the provision of Communication Services for Visual Design Solutions: EIT Food South

EIT Food South invites proposals for communication services in Visual Design Solutions. This tender aims to engage a communication agency or freelancer to enhance EIT Food's visibility and meet specific project objectives, including attracting participants to programmes and events.

Scope of Work

The selected agency will deliver a range of visual design and communication tasks to support EIT Food South’s mission. Key tasks include:

• Digital Content Creation: Produce visually engaging content for social media, newsletters, websites, and other digital platforms, ensuring alignment with EIT Food’s mission and brand values.
• Marketing Collateral: Design print and digital materials (brochures, banners, posters) that effectively convey EIT Food South’s messages and support programme goals.
• Adaptable Design Styles: Develop a range of visual styles, from immersive, creative designs to quick-impact materials, suited to varying project needs and deadlines.
• Deadline Agility: Consistently meet tight deadlines with high-quality outputs that resonate with diverse Southern European audiences.

Timeframe: The contract will run until December 2025, with potential for extension based on performance and funding.

Proposal Submission Requirements

Agencies or freelancers should submit a concise proposal by 5th December 2024, including:

• Portfolio demonstrating relevant experience in agrifood or similar sectors.
• Experience & Expertise with case studies, team qualifications, and an organisational chart.
• Budget in euros (inclusive of VAT) detailing hourly rates.
