Call for the provision of Communication Services for Integrated Communication and Content Development: EIT Food South

EIT Food South is inviting proposals for communication services focused on Integrated Communication and Content Development, starting in 2025. The goal is to enhance EIT Food's visibility and drive engagement in various agrifood initiatives and events across Southern Europe. The services will be delivered until the end of 2025, with potential for extension based on success.

Scope of Work

The selected communication agency or freelancer will be responsible for the following activities:

• Content Creation & Production
  • Develop various content types: blog posts, articles, videos, social media posts, graphics.
  • Craft engaging narratives and create marketing materials (e.g., banners, social media images, PPT templates).
  • Provide expert copywriting support to complement visuals and enhance messaging.
• Performance Analysis
  • Monitor and analyse communication performance, delivering regular reports.
• Strategy Development
  • Design customised communication and marketing strategies aligned with EIT Food's objectives.
  • Optimise content for digital engagement.
• Brand Integration & SEO
  • Ensure consistent integration of EIT Food's branding across content.
  • Optimise content for better visibility through SEO practices.
• Email Marketing & Reporting
  • Manage email marketing campaigns and track performance.
