Call for Proposals: Marketing & Communications Strategy for Future Farm Lab
EIT Food invites proposals from experienced marketing agencies to develop a full marketing and communications strategy for the Future Farm Lab, our new flagship 3D learning platform designed to accelerate skills development in regenerative and resilient agriculture across Europe. The selected partner will create a 12-month go-to-market plan, communication roadmap, audience-specific value propositions, and a suite of promotional and sales materials to support the rollout of Future Farm Lab in 2026. This is a call for strategy and planning, not implementation of the strategy.
This work will include crafting the overall marketing strategy, producing communication assets, aligning messaging with EIT Food’s brand and mission, and preparing tailored offers for key customer groups, including universities, VET schools, agrifood companies, NGOs, and EU project consortia. Agencies will also support internal alignment with EIT Food teams and develop a partner-ready commercial package. Proposals must be submitted by 25 November 2025, with vendor selection by 27 November and project start in early December.
