Call for Growth Advisors - Sales Booster 2025

EIT Food invites applications from experienced business professionals to join its Sales Booster 2025 Programme as Growth Advisors. The programme aims to support innovative agrifood and cross-sector startups in entering new European markets through tailored coaching and expert advice.

Selected Growth Advisors will work one-on-one with startups during a three-month internationalisation phase, supporting the development of market entry strategies, connecting them with relevant stakeholders (retailers, distributors, etc.), and guiding them in drafting robust internationalisation action plans.

We are looking for individuals or organisations with at least 5 years of experience in business development, international expansion, executive management, investment, or startup scaling. Advisors should have a solid understanding of go-to-market strategies, sales, supply chain, finance, and team leadership. A strong network and hands-on involvement in early-stage innovation ecosystems are highly valued.

The estimated time commitment is 24–30 hours over the programme period (June to December 2025). Advisors will be remunerated via subcontracting agreements and are expected to propose a rate not exceeding €100/hour.
