Brand & Communication Team Operational Support

All EIT Food regions
Europe and the UK

Brand & Communications team operational support services to cover ongoing communication and logistic services including, but not limited to:

  • Email, diary management and meeting preparation
  • Oversight of internal & external stakeholder communications, including being the gatekeeper for team Trello boards
  • Logistics management of Brand & Communication team meetings, including any pre-reads, action and note taking and follow up
  • Budget management and updates, handling purchase orders and tracking, managing payments and handling contracts
  • Supporting the implementation and process regarding any procurement operations for the team (e.g. RfPs, best value for money reviews, contracts and scopes of work)
  • Support with internal & external stakeholder communications
  • Project management of the communication knowledge library and comms enquiry management platform
  • Logistical and administrative support for Brand & Communication Directors

Community Platform Support

  • Database management: approving requests and creating profiles
  • Publishing events and opportunities
  • Responding to requests that come through our customer support tool

Specific Website Support

  • Experience working with web CMS (ideally CraftCMS)
  • Basic understanding of HTML & CSS would be a plus
  • High level of English language (copy editing experience ideal but not necessary)
  • Detail oriented – can spot a missing comma from a mile away
  • Good time management skills – ability to balance an array of tasks and prioritise accordingly
  • Strong communicator – this role will involve interacting directly with our stakeholders so must understand proper stakeholder management
