The IV edition of Forum Agricultura 4.0 was held on 29 June in Torres Veldas, Portugal, where 71 people enjoyed a great day of talks and new knowledge. Although it was also possible to enjoy the event online. It was organised by SFColab.

This annual initiative aims to discuss policies and priorities of the digital transition in agriculture, as well as technological solutions for smart farming and the path that stakeholders in the sector have to take in order to succeed.

The theme of the event is different every year. Focusing this year on 'digital transition in the agrifood sector'.

Our colleague Elvira Domingo, RIS programme manager at EIT Food, hand in hand with EIT Food Portugal Hub, was one of the event speakers during the session ‘Policies and priorities in the agrifood digital transition’.

Below you can find the agenda of the full day's activities.

A great opportunity for EIT Food to showcase its purpose within the agrifood sector. We hope to continue to have more opportunities like this soon.
