During the conference moderated by Catalina Valencia, Head of Community at KM0, four different players brought together complementary points of view.

According to Frederik Ploug, Senior Investment Associate at Rockstart, "Creating connections is essential for the success of startups." His mantra: learn, connect, and accelerate, as his company supports between 5 to 80 startups annually. His commitment: transformation towards a regenerative and sustainable future, focusing on agrifood, energy, and emerging tech sectors.

Jesus Deusa, FoodTech Venture Analyst at Plug and Play Tech Center, underscored the importance of collaboration and open innovation in driving startup success. He emphasized Plug and Play's extensive track record, with over 2,700 startups supported in 2023.

Tunyawat Kasemsuwan, Group Director of Global Innovation at Thai Union, highlighted collaboration as the cornerstone of their corporate vision, and their longstanding partnerships with institutions like AZTI while stressing the significance of collaboration in achieving shared goals.

Amparo San José, Entrepreneurship Programme Manager at EIT Food, adds and concludes: "A thriving food ecosystem relies on robust connections.
