Durrow Mills is an innovative Irish ingredients company supplying organic sprouted flours to the baking industry. Producing sprouted grains, seeds, legumes and nuts are the main focus of R&D in our company and how they can provide a highly digestible and nutritious addition to existing foods in our diet. We have developed a range of 6 sprouted flours that are supplied to both retail and trade customers in Ireland and the UK.

Main areas of specialisation and technological expertise are:

• R&D of sprouted grain products and ingredients for the baking and food industry
• R&D of bespoke manufacturing equipment such as large scale dehydrating and sprouting equipment
• Production of stone-milled flours
• Production of organic sourdough breads in our bakery for batch testing, R&D of new flours and for sale to local area
• Implementation of Food Safety and Quality Systems
