DIE FRISCHEMANUFAKTUR is a food tech start-up moved from Munich to Saxony-Anhalt in Eastern Germany. It specializes on developing ground-breaking food-technology prolonging the shelf-life of plant-based ultra-fresh products. 

The start-up is developing cutting edge technologies creating plant-based products without added sugars and with a maximal shelf life. 

The first product on offer is infused water: Infused water is the most natural way to give water a delicious and fruity taste. Herbs or pieces of fruit are simply added to water. 

The unique and patented freshness technology keeps the infused water fresh up 30 times longer than competitive products, thus reducing food waste.
