Our vision is a world with zero hunger and without animal agriculture. Our current food systems are broken. Agriculture contributes to 33% of CO2 emissions, uses 37% of land and 72% freshwater and drives up to 50% of deforestation. We can make food in a more sustainable way by growing microbes and purifying food proteins from them by the process of precision fermentation.
