EATEX - CNTA

CNTA – National Centre for Food Technology and Safety is a private, non-profit RTO based in Spain. With over 40 years of experience, CNTA supports the agri-food sector through applied research, food safety, product and process development, advanced analytics, and innovation in digitalisation and sustainability. CNTA has over 250 researchers and six work centres located in Navarra, La Rioja, and Madrid. It serves more than 500 member organisations and over 800 client companies, mainly in Spain, with growing international collaborations.

EATEX – Food Innovation Hub by CNTA promotes the industrialisation of innovation through collaborative R&D, challenge-based projects, and Spain’s national sandbox for food tech. It connects companies, startups, research centres, and public bodies to accelerate impactful solutions in key areas such as sustainability, plant-based, and digital transformation.
