Profile

The Agricultural University of Athens (AUA) offers high-level undergraduate and postgraduate Education and Research in Agricultural Science, and its vision is to achieve Educational and Research Excellence so as to occupy a dynamic position in the international academic environment. Its 28 building complexes comprise 42 equipped laboratories, 55 auditoriums and classrooms and agricultural facilities (arboretum, vineyard, experimental fields, dairy installations etc)

Competences & Capabilities

AUA promotes specialised knowledge and training through the 10 postgraduate programmes it offers. Regarding its research activity, the institute contributes to Greek and European development by conducting basic and applied research in all sectors of agronutrition, environmental ecology and agricultural economics, with the view of contributing to sustainable development and meeting modern challenges.
