Resilient Agriculture Portfolio

Join us in building a sustainable future for farming in Europe through Resilient Agriculture. Are you ready to join a movement that will shape the future of regenerative sourcing?

What is the Resilient Agriculture Portfolio?

The Resilient Agriculture Portfolio is a collaboration platform bringing together a wide array of actors within Europe to action the critical systemic shifts we need to improve our food system.

Through this ecosystem approach, the Portfolio works to:

  • Build partnerships that unlock new business models for farmers
  • Reduce barriers that slow adoption of regenerative practices
  • Demonstrate real-world pathways for large-scale transition
  • Strengthen the value of regeneratively produced crops and ecosystem services

Who are we looking for?

Transformation requires diverse voices and shared commitment. We partner with organizations that want to actively contribute to scaling regenerative agriculture in Europe, including:

  • Food and agricultural companies
  • Investors and financial institutions
  • Impact and sustainability funds
  • Organizations supporting regenerative sourcing initiatives

Our mission

We aim to remove the structural barriers that prevent farmers from transitioning to regenerative agriculture.

This means working collectively to:

  • Reduce financial and operational risks for farmers
  • Align incentives across the value chain
  • Scale sourcing models that reward sustainable production
  • Strengthen collaboration between public and private actors

Our goal is not only to support individual projects — but to help reshape the agricultural system itself.

Why should you join us?

We turn ambition into action. Becoming a co-financing partner means more than supporting individual projects — it means shaping the future of Europe’s food system.

Partners gain the opportunity to:

  • Co-create scalable sourcing models
  • Share knowledge and reduce investment risks
  • Learn from real-world innovation initiatives
  • Collaborate with key actors across the value chain
  • Contribute directly to systemic transformation

Our Landscapes

See below the landscapes we are currently involved with

Our first flagship landscape initiative focuses on accelerating regenerative agriculture across Navarra (Spain).

Over three years (2024-2027), dedicating 2.5 million euros, the project supports 80 farmers in transitioning crop rotation systems — including wheat, barley, oats, rapeseed, and sunflower. By working at a territorial scale, Navarra 360º demonstrates how regenerative practices can transform entire agricultural regions. Check information here.

Lower Silesia 360º

Building on the Navarra experience, this second landscape project expands the model to Southwest Poland.

The initiative supports 200 farmers across 20,000 hectares, focusing on crops such as rapeseed, wheat, malting barley, and sugar beet. Running from 2025 to 2028, Lower Silesia 360º aims to prove that regenerative agriculture can scale efficiently across diverse European landscapes.
