What do Europeans look for in food innovation?

Within the four innovations that the participants rated and discussed (plastic-free packaging, aquaponics/aeroponics, Smart Stickers, and lab-grown meat), the one with the highest potential for adoption (78%) is plastic-free packaging. Lab-grown meat is the most contested innovation, with potential for adoption by nearly 40% of consumers.
