Innovation Impact Report
EIT Food supports impactful innovations from discovery to market launch and beyond. In 2024, EIT Food commissioned an independent impact assessment of its portfolio of co-funded projects, with a specific focus on carbon dioxide equivalent (CO₂-eq) mitigation1 and health benefits to consumers.
This report contains lessons learned, short case studies with an assessment of the total returns generated and a projected ROI for the whole portfolio.
