EIT Food South Food Waste Report
21 gramos, consulting and communications agency based in Spain, is collaborating with EIT Food South on a research project aimed at identifying the most effective policies, initiatives, and best practices to address food loss and food waste across Europe, particularly in Southern countries.
The objective of this project is to identify current initiatives and best practices,
policies and regulations, current drivers, market needs, opportunities, capabilities
and enablers for reducing food waste and food loss in Southern European countries:
Türkiye, Italy, Greece, Portugal, Spain, Malta & Cyprus.
